Dear Sugar, Where do I start? The events so far that you two have done the desserts for have been spectacular. Your creativity, punctuality and follow through are so appreciated by this incredibly busy caterer. My cakes and other confections have been all so tasty, so outrageously beautiful, so very very special. The cakes that you prepared were works of art! There wasn't one person who didn't comment on how beautiful they were! As Katy has commented, "On all the photographs that were taken at the wedding, the second thing most photographed were the cakes!" But that isn't all...Accompanying the cakes were the most splendid strawberries dipped in chocolate we had ever seen! One of our out-of-town guests commented on the size of these fruits. He had never seen such large strawberries and likened them to the size of pears! The flavor of the cakes were amazing also, each layer being different! It was so much fun to recap the guests' favorite(s). To walk into the dining hall, to see the cakes spotlighted with attendants standing next to them was like walking into a magical, romantic room.
