cornucopia cake! Every flower, fruit, ribbon,
and leaf shown here is painstakingly crafted
from marzipan and white chocolate, then hand
painted and applied to the cake to create a
wonderfully realistic and yummy centerpiece. |

architectural team in charge of the Biltmore
Hotel remodel project, this Santa Barbara
landmark is a scale model of the real thing.
Individual red fondant tiles grace the roof,
while a
marshmallow palm sways in the background. |

One of the most flattering things that I hear
upon delivering our edible artwork is "That's
a cake?!" Here, sugar Alstemeria flowers fill
a golden vase painted with butterflies and
pussywillow in an Oriental style. |

himself on a chocolate rock... Pets, standard
and otherwise, are a popular subject for
